Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or rescheduling, you as the client are required to provide at least five hours notice or will be charged 100% of your scheduled service fee. If you provide more than 5 Hours but less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. This will ensure that we are able to plan accordingly for all of our clients and give everyone the best care. So thank you so much for understanding and respecting the time of yourself and others
